About Oak & Sage Collective
The name Oak & Sage reflects the foundation of my spiritual practice and the story behind how this work came into my life.
It speaks to the deep ancestral roots I come from and the wisdom that was passed down through the women in my family—especially my grandmother, whose guidance helped me understand and cultivate my intuitive abilities. The oak tree has long symbolized strength, grounding, and enduring roots, while sage represents clarity, cleansing, and spiritual insight. Together they represent the balance at the heart of my work: staying deeply rooted while seeking deeper understanding.
Many people seek spiritual guidance during moments when life feels uncertain, when patterns repeat themselves in ways that are difficult to understand, or when they sense there may be something unfolding beneath the surface of a situation. In my experience, there are very few true coincidences in life. People are often drawn to the right insight, the right conversation, or the right moment of reflection when they need it most. If you’ve found your way here, it may simply be that something in your life is asking to be understood more clearly.
My intuitive abilities come from a generational gift that runs through my family. My great‑grandmother was the first person to recognize and speak to me about it when I was very young. Later, my grandmother helped me cultivate those abilities more intentionally and understand the responsibility that comes with intuitive work.
For many years, I kept this part of my life private while continuing to study tarot and deepen my personal spiritual practice. It wasn’t until adulthood—when I felt confident in both my understanding and my skill—that I began offering guidance to others. Over the years, I’ve worked with many people navigating moments of uncertainty, transition, and personal growth. Each session is unique because every person arrives with their own experiences, questions, and circumstances.
In my practice, tarot is used as a tool to reveal the deeper patterns influencing a situation. Ritual work, when appropriate, can help bring intention and energetic alignment to a particular area of life. I approach this work thoughtfully and carefully, and I only take on ritual work that aligns with my ethical principles. I do not practice black magic. My work is rooted in white‑light traditions focused on healing, clarity, and supporting positive outcomes while always respecting free will.
When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time in nature and staying connected to the things that keep me grounded. Hiking, yoga, traveling, and live music are some of the ways I recharge and stay inspired. I’ve also always had a deep love for animals and feel strongly about caring for the natural world around us.
At the heart of everything I do—both in my practice and in my personal life—is a simple intention: to help people when I can and contribute, in whatever ways are possible, to making the world a little better.
