Services and Products
Oak & Sage provides spiritual and intuitive services, including but not limited to tarot and oracle readings, intuitive guidance, spiritual coaching, manifestation coaching, ritual consultations, ritual work, and energy-based services. We may also offer educational or informational content.
Oak & Sage Apothecary offers physical products, including but not limited to candles, ritual tools, oils, crystals, apothecary items, and related goods.
All services are individualized and may vary based on availability, practitioner discretion, energetic alignment, timing, and the nature of each request. Ritual work, if accepted, is determined on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

All services, communications, content, and products provided by Oak & Sage are intended solely for spiritual, educational, informational, and personal development purposes.
Nothing provided by Oak & Sage constitutes or should be construed as medical advice, psychological or mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service. You are solely responsible for seeking qualified professionals where appropriate.
Personal Responsibility and No Guaranteed Results
By engaging with Oak & Sage, you acknowledge and agree that:

Orders, Bookings, and Payments
All payments are required in full at the time of booking or purchase, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by Oak & Sage.
If a payment plan is utilized through a third-party provider, including but not limited to Stripe or similar services, Oak & Sage receives payment upfront, and you remain solely responsible for fulfilling your repayment obligations to the third-party provider according to that provider’s terms.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or decline any order or booking at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, inappropriate conduct, or violation of these Terms.
Prices, availability, and service offerings are subject to change at any time without notice.
Service Refunds and Product Returns
All services, including but not limited to readings, spiritual coaching sessions, consultations, ritual consultations, ritual work, and other spiritual or intuitive services, are final sale and non-refundable once booked, scheduled, initiated, delivered, or performed.
Physical products may be eligible for return if received within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will review the matter in good faith and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or another remedy at our discretion where permitted by law.
Product Use and Safety

Candles and flame-related items must never be left unattended and must be used only on a stable, heat-safe surface away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
Oak & Sage shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper handling, improper burning, improper storage, or failure to follow basic safety practices.
Client Engagement and Communication
Oak & Sage operates with integrity and does not directly solicit or initiate contact with individuals for the purpose of offering services.
We do not engage in unsolicited outreach, including but not limited to direct messages, private emails, phone calls, or text messages offering services.
All client relationships are established through voluntary, self-initiated engagement, including but not limited to website visits, public social media content, advertisements, referrals, newsletter sign-ups, and direct inquiries.
By engaging with Oak & Sage, you acknowledge that you have done so voluntarily and were not directly approached or solicited by us.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website, services, or products for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful purpose.
You further agree not to:
– Submit false or misleading information
– Attempt unauthorized access
– Interfere with website functionality
