This Refund and Return Policy governs all purchases of services and physical products made through Oak & Sage. By purchasing, you agree to this Policy. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
Services – No Refund Policy
All services are final sale and non-refundable, including tarot readings, oracle readings, spiritual consultations, spiritual coaching, ritual consultation, and ritual work.
No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted once services are booked, scheduled, initiated, or performed.
Payment Responsibility
All services must be paid in full prior to being rendered, including via third-party payment plans. You remain responsible for completing payment obligations to third-party providers.
Client Acknowledgment
Services are subjective. No results are guaranteed. You assume full responsibility for your decisions.
Physical Products – Return Policy
Physical products may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery if eligible.
Return Eligibility Requirements
Items must be unused, unopened, in new condition, and in original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Approval Process
All returns are subject to approval. We may deny returns that do not meet conditions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report within 48 hours with photos to [email protected]. Resolutions may include replacement or store credit.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Chargebacks and Disputes
You agree not to initiate chargebacks. Disputes must be handled directly with Oak & Sage.
